Beyond Service

<p>A year ago my bmw broke down in Johannesburg, Required an engine change. The service Department  at Pinnacle Auto Bmw helped me out in a  way i could not even imagine. The costs for the engine relpacement were very high and i did'nt have that  kind of money . They then went bought and installed the engine at their cost, and told me to repay them in installements. They did great work on the engine and other work that needed to be done to get my car back on the road. These guys treated me like family. And I forever be greatfull to them. Special thaks to Johan the service manger ,who was making sure everything went well, Werner the technician: this guy knows his story and to Zanele the aftersales Consultant for ensuring all the paperwork was done prompt and properly.</p> <p>PS Not forgeting Mandla and Michel.</p> <p>Thank you  </p>
