Good day,
I am writing to formally express my frustration with the poor level of service I have experienced while trying to enroll my child at the school.
For over two weeks, I have been attempting to complete this process, during which I have been passed from one point of contact to another. This has required a significant amount of time spent on phone calls, often without receiving responses, follow-ups, or any form of escalation.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional, particularly for a private institution. I strongly believe there should be a more effective and reliable system of communication in place to support parents during such an important process.
I would appreciate this matter being addressed urgently and would welcome clear guidance on the next steps to finalize.
