What a bad experience, bad service. I have never seen such a big company which cannot handle calls and neither return back my calls. I have been calling since 0800 am till 1600pm not even one consultant can assist you instead they transfer calls which donβt even reach the next extension.this is time consuming and wasted energy.
Good day, I am writing to formally express my frustration with the poor level of service I have experienced while trying to enroll my child at the school. For over two weeks, I have been attempting to complete this process, during which I have been passed from one point of contact to another. This has required a significant amount of time spent on phone calls, often without receiving responses, follow-ups, or any form of escalation. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional, particularly for a private institution. I strongly believe there should be a more effective and reliable system of communication in place to support parents during such an important process. I would appreciate this matter being addressed urgently and would welcome clear guidance on the next steps to finalize.
Stayeasy City Bowl Capetown Very bad experience I had with their manager called Phelo . Its been 2 months waiting for a refund since December till to date every time I have to follow up not even a courtesy call from the hotel to give update i have to make that call. I will not consider guest to book the hotel because their service is very poor
I bought a car last month it has been giving me problems one after another and road unworthy
