A follow up on my previous review of Pinnacleonline.co.za
They failed to supply an essential part of the welder they sold me. When I challenged them they said I must have lost it and they refused to supply. This is a part that costs R160.
The answers I got were: I am busy; We only have 4 left and so on. You would think they would want to make a customers happy. But above all, I am only asking for what I paid for.
So I offered to BUY ANOTHER ONE (my cost. its only R160).They say: The Sales Consultant says: No! "I am sorry but it really isn't up to me." Well who is it up to sell your products with all their parts? How do online suppliers get away with this sort of thing? Here is a company that will not supply what they promised and won’t fix the problem even at my cost.
