Afternoon Sir,
With regards to your complaint, I have personally reviewed the history on your policy, I have read all the correspondence and listened to the recordings, the accusations made against Justin Santos and Adilson Correia are unfounded. We take such accusations seriously therefore should you have factual evidence to prove otherwise kindly forward to
compliance@pinnafrica.co.za for further investigation.
I have reviewed the facts on file and note that one claim was notified to us in 2023 however the correct procedures were not followed and the required documentation was not provided therefore we were not in a position to assess the claim, after follow-ups the claim was closed. Later in 2023 you queried how to go about claiming for tie-rod ends whereby we responded confirming the procedure and requirements however again, no documentation was forthcoming therefore there was no claim. In 2024 you sent an email querying if engine mountings are covered, a response was provided confirming that engine mountings were not listed parts on the policy, however, in-order for the claim to be reviewed in full we would need the required documents, which again were not provided. The claim that was rejected (only claim to be rejected) in 2025 has been done so following an assessment based on the policy you have in-place.
The warranty product is an insurance product and not a maintenance product, we can only assist with claims within the bounds of the terms & conditions of the policy and only where the required documentation is provided; this is standard practice in the industry on how warranty products work.
We have received your request for the cancellation which will be processed.
Sincerely,
The Operations Director
