Pinpont Leak Detection - Missing In Action

Pinpoint was very quick to ask me to pay before they delivered the service. They arrived on time, and found the leak at my swimming pool. They did not do the repair. Now I am struggling to get the report from them to have my swimming pool fixed. No-one is answering their phones. I phoned all the numbers that I could get, and also they are ignoring the e-mails I have send. I really do not know what to do anymore, but go to their premises, if they still exist!!
