Horrible customer service. I honestly don’t understand how this company is still in business. For the past six months they have kept asking me to submit the same documents, yet my payments still have not been serviced.
Amber, Lerato, and the accounts department have received multiple emails from me, but no one even bothers to respond. The lack of communication and assistance is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better service.
