Special Kind of Personnel!

I recently placed an order for a water tank cap. After numerous telephonic discussions, wherein I described to Pioneer Plastics in detail what the water cap for my Frontrunner Water Tank looks like, with inside and outside dimensions given, a screenshot off Frontrunners website, as to which tank I was referring to and last but not least, I even sent them the invoice from Frontrunner, where the product code was quoted, they still supp**** me with the incorrect cap, being to BIG!!!!!!!!

Now who ever dealt with this order must be kind of special to, after all the information I supp****, they still got it wrong - PATHETIC!!!
