I am posting this review out of sheer frustration due to the shocking lack of service and accountability from this company.
On **22 May 2025**, my wife **Uvesha Govender (Moodley)** made a payment of **R848**. It is now **over two months later**, and we have **still not received a refund** – despite numerous follow-ups and excuses ranging from courier delays to vague internal issues.
I sent a formal request last week and was promised a resolution within **24 to 48 hours**. I even spoke to **Ted**, who assured me someone would get back to us. It’s now been **one full week**, and we have received **no response whatsoever**.
This is completely unacceptable. As paying customers, we have been more than patient. We have tried to resolve the matter amicably, but we are now left with no other option than to escalate it publicly. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic communication is appalling.
We are demanding a **full refund of R848** without any further delays. If this matter is not resolved immediately, we will proceed with further steps, including contacting the **Consumer Ombudsman**, **legal channels**, and **social media exposure**.
This level of service is a disgrace.
