They are ****mers, using people and running way with their moniesđź’”they are so heartless, they even closed the comment session on facebook & they did not write their address on the internet so join at your own risk. They will pay for what they are doing to people & they will rob a wrong person one day ...

The worst agency ever! Absolutely no communication about payments months after the shoot date. They would call you early morning asking if you could give someone else a lift to the shoot location and you'd gladly help. Leaving home earlier to pick them up, at your own fuel cost, all to help out a fellow artist and the agency and they can't even pay you for the work you've done months later?!?! After going the extra mile for them?!?! And they can't even at least COMMUNICATE!!! They ignore messages and phone calls. You can never get hold of them!! They still haven't paid and now they're on "holiday" and "closed" for the winter season?! They're avoiding everyone because they have probably run away with everyone's money that they owe. I doubt they'll be back after the winter season..

A large amount of money due to me was paid to my "Agent" Pixels on May 22 - I am yet to receive payment! They avoid replying to emails, whatsapps, and so on. So many extras are waiting to be paid - it's disgusting that they are *****ing our money Melanie Bardim

People who worked on set battles to get their money due When you contact the production companies, Pixels Casting Agency blocks you on all platforms so that you cannot enquire about your outstanding money

So I did 3 jobs in total for Pixels Casting Agency (they don't even deserve capital letters). The first 2 jobs as an extra I waited months to be paid. After calling numerous time "Aimee" finally paid. Then I did a gig in November 2022 and till this day Aimee has being ignoring me. I then decided to message the Chris Burg who says he is the owner, he tells me Aimee will be back on 25 March 2023 I messaged 2 April... No response. I messaged Chris again today and he tells me she's on leave. The conversation goes on... Obviously I'm upset that I need to wait so long for my money... So I start giving him the facts. He says I need to follow the correct procedures when requesting payment and that I need to message Aimee... He sends me her number... Like HELLO.. I just showed you now with a screenshot that she is not responding to me. Then she says to him that she spoke to me yesterday... Which she didnt. I ask for a screenshot of this conversation because I never heard a word from her... He replies NO. He then tells me the waiting period is 6 months for payment, yet on his website it says 8-12 weeks. He then tells me he is the boss he can change rules when he wants to. NOW just imagine I decide to pay my employee when I decide to without saying anything. So *********. Chris then tells me that they didn't send me the new TERMS because they will not be USING me this year. Seriously? So why did Aimee send me a job to apply for in February 2023. The website... The business profile... The introduction to his business, still has the TERMS AND CONDITIONS stating that payment takes 8-12 weeks. So what new TERMS is he talking about? The TERMS that he just made up in his head while chatting to me? Don't waste your time with this Agency. I told him to keep what he owes... The very fact that he needs to make up new TERMS on the spot, shows he probably needs it more than I do. Enjoy the rest of 2023
