Stay clear from N1 City Torga Optical. No after sale service on very expensive frame. I will see to it that friends and family take their business to Specsavers.
I worked for them on 4 shoots. It is a battle to receive payment from them 3,5 months later. They don’t answer phones and don’t reply on emails.
Unbelievably slow, two staff members at customer service. A line of 10 people, not moving in half an hour's time. I walked out after half an hour. Pathetic
No response to emails sent to them regarding money owed to me.
I am so happy with the 2 pairs of prescription glasses bought at this store. Professional service seems to be their motto. Rika Crighton
Received a phone call from from Da Silva, Wesbank yesterday. What an opiniated person. I am still so frustrated and have made up my mind. Wesbank is the institution to stay away from at all costs. Take your business to any other financiers. Anything will be an improvement.
After numerous emails to Wesbank I receivied a settlement figure from them. I paid the amount to them on the settlement date. They requested a further R360 after that which I also paid. A month later I receive a statement reflecting an amount in the thousands, that I owe them. How is it possible that Wesbank is still in business. They have no idea what they are doing.
WFS debited my account with courier charges for card delivery without my consent, without delivering a card, and the card that I am using has not expired and I never asked for a replacement. They refuse to credit the amount to my account or resolve the issue. I sent countless emails to countless people with no result.
