I am writing to report my disappointing experience with planet nail regarding a refund request for items I purchased that contained ingredients I am allergic to. Unfortunately, before using the products, I discovered that they contained ingredients that I am allergic to. I contacted the company to request a full refund, but they refused, citing that it was not their fault. Instead, they offered to deduct 20% from the original price of each item.
