Complaint against Platinum Auto and Repair

You have had a vehicle for over 2 months without articulated reason, no ability to be contacted, no responses to requests for information and no feedback that has voluntarily come from your side at Platinum Auto Repair.

This has put a family with small children at risk, which is irresponsible, dangerous and thoroughly unacceptable.

This complaint wishes to express our collective dissatisfaction with the lack of communication, seemingly disinterested attitude, inability to understand your impact on others lives.

All you seem to be interested in is *****ing their monies with no accountability on your side for anything. This company should be totally boycotted.
