I like the whatsapp service. So hassel free and Dimpho Pule was amazing today in assisting me. No lengthy waiting for a reply and immediate authorization number given, especially since I am not feeling well this was superb.
You have had a vehicle for over 2 months without articulated reason, no ability to be contacted, no responses to requests for information and no feedback that has voluntarily come from your side at Platinum Auto Repair. This has put a family with small children at risk, which is irresponsible, dangerous and thoroughly unacceptable. This complaint wishes to express our collective dissatisfaction with the lack of communication, seemingly disinterested attitude, inability to understand your impact on others lives. All you seem to be interested in is *****ing their monies with no accountability on your side for anything. This company should be totally boycotted.
I have been putting off contacting Affinity Health to ask about adding my fiance onto my policy as you have to go through so many options on the phone etc. Well today i went online to check the number and saw a live chat option. Wow wow wow is all I can say, thank you so much to Leigh-Anne Andrews, she assisted very quickly and efficiently. I will now definitely recommend Affinity Health to all my friends.
<p>I went to an Absa ATM yesterday and my card was swallowed by the machine. I called Capitec Customer Care and the lady informed me that she has stopped my card and that i can go into the bank and get another one for a fee of R53. WHAT THE HELL why must i pay to get another card when it was NO FAULT of mine that my card is gone???????????????? ANSWER ME THAT. I am fuming mad that as a member of the bank for many years i get treated like this - seems all banks are sharks and ripoffs. Time to start thinking about keeping my money under my mattress. Capitec now needs to explain to me how they can treat their clients like this.</p>
