It has been over 2 weeks since this company has switched of my light although i had paid my water and electricity bill, the worst part is that when i call their out of working hours line, the guy hangs up on us, is very rude and doesnt have interested in listening. Last night the 28th, i spent over 3 hours waiting for assistance from their out of work hours line, the guy who works insists that he was instructed by the rude guy we spoke to on the phone to switch off my electriCity, mind that i am entitled to have used the lights for the whole month, but could not even though i payed my rental and water and lights at the beginning of the month, how is it that my lights are cut 2 weeks before the last day of the month? Not only that, the month has not yet ended, i had already paid my rental for july , but yet still my lights are switched off, i cannot stay cook or use lights in a flat i have payed for twice already, and the agent, the guy on the phone cannot assist me. This morning, i call to find out if they have switched my lights on, they ignore my calls , no feedback whatsoever, no communication. Please advice a way forward.
