I had an amazing experience with Platinum Global Real Estate Agents, thanks especially to Lerato. From arranging the initial viewing to helping secure my new place, Lerato was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. This was my first big girl move, which can be quite intimidating, but she made everything feel seamless and manageable. While there were a few minor hiccups along the way, Lerato was always there to assist and ensure everything stayed on track. I am truly grateful for her dedication and professionalism. Pure nonsense, zero consideration. I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. I would never ever recommend anyone to do business with this nonsense, these people will give you after hours number only for them to say oops, can only help during office hours. What madness is that. My electricity was switched even though I paid the mere R120 that I owed during office hours and sent these nonsense the proof of payment. Let me be very clear, I will report you to every single platform that i can report you.

Worst services ever. The man assisting on accounts was not helpful. Already paid my water bill, and they claimed I still owe an amount. Electricity switched off without notifying me.

Platinum global have the worst services ever. They switched of my electricity without notification due to claims of owing on the water bill, even the man who was handling my account on the call was not sympathetic since I have already paid the bill they notified me with, but still claimed I owed them extra amount of money for the water bill. I received bad services from this company.

This morning at 11 platinum global disconnect my electricity without any form of notification nor reason because I had paid all my bills. Been relaxing the whole day thinking the whole complex has electric problem up until I noticed at 17:30 that other units has electric. I called their after hours number 082, that's when I was told that's I was told that I am behind with water payments of which I paid a day before. So now I must wait until tomorrow morning for them to open their offices so that they can assist. Poor service ever.

This morning at 11 platinum global disconnect my electricity without any form of notification nor reason because I had paid all my bills. It has been over 2 weeks since this company has switched of my light although i had paid my water and electricity bill, the worst part is that when i call their out of working hours line, the guy hangs up on us, is very rude and doesnt have interested in listening. Last night the 28th, i spent over 3 hours waiting for assistance from their out of work hours line, the guy who works insists that he was instructed by the rude guy we spoke to on the phone to switch off my electriCity, mind that i am entitled to have used the lights for the whole month, but could not even though i payed my rental and water and lights at the beginning of the month, how is it that my lights are cut 2 weeks before the last day of the month? Not only that, the month has not yet ended, i had already paid my rental for july , but yet still my lights are switched off, i cannot stay cook or use lights in a flat i have payed for twice already, and the agent, the guy on the phone cannot assist me. This morning, i call to find out if they have switched my lights on, they ignore my calls , no feedback whatsoever, no communication. Please advice a way forward.

This morning at 08h38 platinum global disconnect my electricity without any form of notification nor reason because I had paid all my bills on time. This being my rent and, water and electricity account; I went to them to enquire they informed me they do see the payment and the correct reference was used and they will call enquire and I should have my electricity reconnected by the end of the day. It is now 21h17 I am sitting in the dark I have to do my assignments and get prepared for work. This is not how you treat a paying customer and when they want their money they quick to disconnect but in resolving problems they don't attend.
