This morning at 11 platinum global disconnect my electricity without any form of notification nor reason because I had paid all my bills.
Been relaxing the whole day thinking the whole complex has electric problem up until I noticed at 17:30 that other units has electric. I called their after hours number 082, that's when I was told that's I was told that I am behind with water payments of which I paid a day before.
So now I must wait until tomorrow morning for them to open their offices so that they can assist. Poor service ever.
