Hi MTN Can someone please explain my statement, I am confused about the charges for the product I was offered by Nothando towards the end of July. I was told my fixed monthly installment would be R295, but I paid R305 upfront due to the two days left before month-end. However, I now see a charge of R827 and a deduction of the R305 I paid, leaving me with a balance of R527. I was not informed about the additional R827 charge, and I wouldn't have accepted the offer if I knew. The request to pay R305 upfront instead of this amount seems misleading. I believe this is an error or misrepresentation. Please: 1. Respond to this email 2. Call me to discuss 3. Remove the additional charges 4. Apply the normal payments as agreed upon 5. Provide the record of our call
This morning at 11 platinum global disconnect my electricity without any form of notification nor reason because I had paid all my bills. Been relaxing the whole day thinking the whole complex has electric problem up until I noticed at 17:30 that other units has electric. I called their after hours number 082, that's when I was told that's I was told that I am behind with water payments of which I paid a day before. So now I must wait until tomorrow morning for them to open their offices so that they can assist. Poor service ever.
Bad sercice from Makro and Makro RiverSand. Did online order Sunday and my payment was confirmed, Tuesday got communication that my order was collected by courier from RiverSands store and was ready to be delivered to me, since Tuesday no communication . I called call center and the store only to find my order was not even collected by couriers.. wondering why was given wrong information from the start...
Canceled my policy someone from your call centre confirm it was closed and they won't be any debit orders on my Suprise you guys debited on the 26 March, can someone call me and reverse my money please as I can not stop and reverse with my bank
Been trying calling your call centre regards Debit order dispute with no luck even tried initiating charts on my FNB app never got any help .Debit order is more than R200 can not reverse it on the app.call someone please call me

Hellopeter I am writing this in frustration with herbal life whom I made an order with since May up to date I haven't received it. Tried calling them,emailing everything I have not received any response. I went to their offices in Woodmead to fetch it myself but their office was closed and I think what frustrates me is the fact that the is no communication.
