This morning at 08h38 platinum global disconnect my electricity without any form of notification nor reason because I had paid all my bills on time. This being my rent and, water and electricity account; I went to them to enquire they informed me they do see the payment and the correct reference was used and they will call enquire and I should have my electricity reconnected by the end of the day. It is now 21h17 I am sitting in the dark I have to do my assignments and get prepared for work. This is not how you treat a paying customer and when they want their money they quick to disconnect but in resolving problems they don't attend.
I brought a Samsung S21 FE which included the Samsung A7 tablet. I was required to register and obtain an email with a reference number, which I could use to track my tablet. The email stipulated that I should expect the tablet within 3-5 working days; I did wait patiently but now it's been about two months and I have no communication from Samsung, I have to be the one that calls them and every time I call their customer service they tell me that there is a backlog as should expect the tablet the following week. When that week comes there is no communication what so ever. This is extremely irritating because the presence of the tablet swayed my decision for this phone. It is a great phone but I feel betrayed by Samsung, even the sales reps don't communicate with us as the customer. I have went to vodacom several times expecting a replay they say they always don't know what is the delay. THIS FEELS LIKE FALSE ADVERTISING. The worst part now when I call them they say another 3 weeks, I feel robbed by Samsung.
I am writing this review because, I contacted Excuss Logistics to move my stuff from Durban to Bloemfontein and spoke to a consultant by the name of Wellington. Wellington made a quote from Durban to gauteng and I was assured my things will be kept at storage while I get the address to send them to. Then on the 01/06/2021 I was informed my things are in gauteng not in Bloemfontein and this is after multiple times I informed the consultant I am moving to Bloemfontein. I paid 4000 for those things that got delivered to gauteng and then an agreement was made for my things to come to Bloemfontein and this time again I'm being told to pay in advance and this is against the consumer protection law. How am I sure they will deliver to the correct address. One of the managers Amos threatened that if I don't pay before receiving my things they won't deliver them. The company is insensitive and does not acknowledge their mistakes. I was assure my things will be delivered in the morning but now I have been informed that now they will arrive at 10 pm. I have terrible service, lack of humanity and professionalism from the managers. I would not advise anyone to use this company because they will clean you out.
