I would like to thank Bash for the continuous updates on my order. I ordered on the 11th and my order was partially ready for collection Thank you so much I got the remainder of my order today.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service I have received regarding my recent order. I purchased mirrors from your online store on 6 November, and since the day of purchase, I have not received any communication about the status of my delivery. At the time of purchase, I was informed that my order would be delivered to the selected store on 14 November. However, today is the 14th, and I still have not been updated. I had to email your team myself to inquire about the whereabouts of my order, only to be told that it is “en route.” This is incredibly inconvenient, as I now have to arrange for collection without any confirmation or proper notice from your side. It is now past 4 p.m., and I still have no confirmation that my order has arrived or is ready for collection. The lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable and far below the level of service one would expect. I request that you urgently update me on the status of my order and ensure that such communication failures do not occur again. Your service in this instance has been extremely disappointing.

From arranging the initial viewing to helping secure my new place, Lerato was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. This was my first big girl move, which can be quite intimidating, but she made everything feel seamless and manageable. While there were a few minor hiccups along the way, Lerato was always there to assist and ensure everything stayed on track. I am truly grateful for her dedication and professionalism. I went Stadium Fast foods Heidedal today, to purchase burgers in the afternoon and because I know they always taste good, I know the standard by now. But to my demise the patty was so raw that I threw it away. I didn’t call or do anything cause it’s the first time I’m experiencing such so I thought it’s just human error. But now I went again to buy Beef Dagwoods and explicitly told the cashier to ask the staff to make sure it’s well cooked. I got home and it’s even worse so today I lost 400 at Stadium because of raw meat and it’s very hard not edible at all. I’m deeply disappointed
I placed an online order with Makro 3 days ago and still haven’t heard back from them. Upon calling them I spoke to Innocent and he told me my order was cancelled because there’s no stock whilst I was busy asking when I will get my refund and why I wasn’t informed he just hang up on me. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I have received from Mr Price regarding a lay-by I placed. Despite making all required payments, I was informed that my lay-by has been cancelled and is no longer active. I have attempted multiple times to contact customer service for clarification and to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, no one has addressed my concerns or provided any meaningful assistance. I am being left in the dark with no answers, and the lack of support is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expect better communication and a swift resolution to this matter. I kindly request that Mr Price urgently investigate this issue, provide me with a clear explanation, and ensure that my lay-by is reinstated or refunded as appropriate. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that prompt action is taken to resolve my issue.
I requested TFG to close my account on the 31st of July 2024 when I paid the last payment. It was confirmed to me that the account is closed and that I will receive final confirmation on the 13th of August when their books close. Today I didn’t receive any communication nor a paid up letter then I decided to call them again only to find out that the cancellation was never actioned and that it will only be done today and I will have to wait a month before it can be closed. This is totally unacceptable and poor customer service. I want nothing to do with TFG and now I’m trying to get out of this agreement it’s also a problem. After I called today I was told I can only get a letter that states that my account doesn’t owe anything but it’s subject to change when their books close next month. So I might still have to pay more fees just because they refused to close the account. I so disappointed in their service and would definitely not be recommending it to anyone. Because now I’m not sure if it has been officially closed or not
I would just like to send a shoutout to Vuyelwa from Stadium fast foods at Heidedal Twin City mall. Greeted me with a smile and helped me with taking my order. Thank you so much one of the reasons why I like dining at stadium they have the best service
I ordered a parcel from CUMBOOKS and DSV was supposed to deliver my parcel today 16 November 2023 at 17:00 but it still has not been delivered at 17:13, no communication has been made regarding a driver that is running late. I tried calling DSV Road and they told me they can’t help me because they don’t know where the driver is, and gave me an alternative number to call knowing very well that they are closed. Now I have to wait I don’t even know if the parcel is coming or not. This is totally unacceptable and the service is the pits.
I bought a side by side Hisense Fridge at OK furniture as well as a Univa 20kg washing machine and I am told I will not be able to receive the goods as they don’t have stock, I must wait for the stock to be transported from Thaba Nchu. What perplexes me is the fact that when I initiated the purchase no one bothered to tell me this but after the initiation I now have to wait. I’m ****ed because I have removed my goods from the fridge now I don’t have a fridge what’s going to happen to my meat and whose going to reimburse me for the damages I had incurred. I tried calling the Head of Office but to no avail. This is not the type of service I signed up for. Why do you advertise goods that you know very you have no stock of.
