Hi, I've had the most terrible experience with Platinum Warranty. I took a HP laptop on contract with Cell C The Bridge last year it was hardly 3 months it gave me problems (technical glitches) I sent in for repairs they fixed and I was happy. Two months later the same problem happened but now the keyboard buttons were coming off,and I reported this they say they can't fix it as I have tempered with it. Now I had two problems the software and hardware but I told them I don't mind about the hardware I want my laptop which I pay for monthly fixed, the thing is I'm losing business and clients it's so frustrating. I was quoted+R6000 to have it fixed and I told them I will not pay that as the laptop is not even a year old and I'm paying monthly installments. They have asked me to pay for transportation for my laptop to be returned to me. The frustration I have I want to cancel the contract with Cell C The Bridge,I mean I have been a loyal customer to be treated like this currently have have two contracts with them but their third party insurance is really killing their business. I want my laptop fixed if they can't they can keep it ,I will cancel my contract with Cell C The Bridge
