This was my first, and certainly my last, experience with Platinum Repairs. I requested a quote on behalf of a client to repair three laptops. After sending an email, I received a response the following day, to which I rep**** with all the required details but then communication stopped. I had to follow up with a phone call to arrange the booking. Even then, my request to confirm the appointment with the technician (via email) was ignored. On the morning the technician was scheduled to arrive, nobody showed up. When I phoned to check if they were running late, I was told the technician was busy with another client and would only be able to assist three hours later despite my confirmed booking. What’s worse is that there was no effort to contact me or my client to inform us of the delay or cancellation. This level of service is extremely unprofessional, and I will never recommend Platinum Repairs to my insurers or any of my clients.
