If I could I would give them 0 stars. I took my PS4 there on Tuesday, 11 February 2025. The chubby guy, Khaled, said if I don't accept their quote I could come collect the devise without any charge. If I did accept the quote I could get the PS4 back Thursday or Friday. On 13 February 2025 they sent a quote three times higher than initially estimated. I declined the quote, and went to collect my PS4 on Friday, 14th February 2025. When I got there Khaled came up with stories, said the PS4 is still open and not closed up I must come Saturday any time before 14h00. I was clearly upset and had questions to ask and he kept giving patronizing answers even using profane language. I asked him not to use that language when talking to me but he continued. I lost my cool and stormed out of the shop to cool down, then I returned after 5minutes and told him to have my PS4 ready today or I'm collecting it with the cops. As I left, he started using profanity repeatedly, like he was in panic mode.

Worst service ever. Took xBox in paid R380 for same day repair which cost me R1800. Same problem within 3 weeks. Took it back under 3-month guarantee and after 3 weeks absolutely no feedback or communication from them at all.

I took my PS2 for repairs as it wasn't reading any disks and nobody else claimed to do repairs on PS2 still.<br> After almost 2 weeks I got it back and paid for the repairs. I took it home and it worked for exactly 10minutes before reverting to the same original problem.<br> I took it back the next day, and they tested while I waited and confirmed it wasn't reading disks (excatly my point). They booked it in again and said they would call me when it is ready. <br> I now phone every third day to be told the same excuse \we are testing it\". When I go to the store to check up on the progress I get other random excuses where it sounds like they are about to start asking for extra money.<br> It has been over 2 weeks since I took it back the 2nd time, and I still have nothing and no idea when it will be returned. I'm beginning to think it was stripped for parts or something."

I've been meaning to write this report for a while. <br> <br> My PS3 broke last year: at first the controls wouldn't connect without a cable, then not at all, and eventually the machine wouldn't switch on. <br> <br> I sent it back to BT Games, who were beyond useless and, following some very rude service from their returns department, despite the fact that the machine was only 1 month out of warranty and I had been waiting for almost 2 months for their feedback, took my machine to another local company.<br> <br> After looking at it for some time, the company declared that there was nothing to be done for the machine, and I should buy a new one.<br> <br> Out of desperation, I tried one more time, and I'm grateful that I did. Play-It's service was excellent (the console was sorted the next day!) and now, 6 months later, we're playing more than we've ever done and it's in fantastic working order. Thanks very much!
