In Feb 2024 I received a debit check from my bank for homechoice. Since I didn't initiate anything from my side I declined the debit order. Since then I've been getting weekly phonecalls from their agents asking when I'm going to pay "my account ". I queried with one of the agents who informed me that an account was opened and a kettle ordered and delivered. I asked for the account email and deliver address and neither are mine. I then informed the agent that this is ***** and homechoice needs to investigate this and leave me alone. Sadly that has not happened and I'm still getting phonecalls from agents asking me to pay someone else's account that never should have been opened. It's getting to a point where I will need to start involving a lawyer to get them to clear my name and stop harassing me.
Furry fosters advertises on facebook as being an adoption agency for stray cats. I contacted them thinking i was doingnthw right thing. They did a home check and asked for money for the adoption, vaccinations and sterilization. I paid and expected them to bring the cat a couple days later. A few days later the first excuse started why the adoption was delayed. After several more delays the story changed that the cat now had medical issues and needed special treatment and food etc. After being stuffed around for 2 weekz and disappointing my children daily, I eventually realised I'd been scammed and told them to stop contacting me. Rather cut my losses than pay for fictitious medical fees for a cat I've never seen.
I have been trying to get support, but they keep referring me back to the whatsapp line, where I get regular updates saying "I'm sorry its taking longer than usual to connect you to an agent. I'll keep trying", but speaking to an actual person is almost impossible. I tried the 0860 number on the site, and they told me to use the whatsapp. It seems either they retrenched all their staff and have one person trying to service all of the remaining customers, or they just don't care about the rest of us. Either way, I am gatvol and ready to cancel my services and demand a refund.
We ordered furniture from this company, paid 100% up front, and when it was eventually delivered was not at all what we expected or paid for. After complaining to the owner, we only got a "sorry". No offers to remedy the situation or replace with what we ordered.
I've been trying for 30 days to get my 2 contracts updated. I've tried 2 physical stores, and online, and the deals advertised in the yello trader seem nonexistent. The stores never have stock, and the clerks never know when the stock will or wont arrive. The online upgrade process only offers limited options, and half the adverts advertised aren't even available. The new yello trader comes out tomorrow, so I will try again, but I'm seriously starting to wonder how valuable my business is.
Buying replacement tyres on short notice is usually not a pleasurable experience and is mostly a grudge purchase. The team at Tyre Mart Strubens Valley really made the whole process much easier. All the staff were extra friendly, going past the usual "hello" to the personal "how has your day been today sir?" Compared to their competitors who usually make one feel like an inconvenience and just a number, Tyre Mart really made me feel welcome and not dread needing to go back in future.
<p>I had an operation scheduled for the 31st May. My form from the doc said the op was for 7am, and when I called pre-admissions they said to be there at 6. So I had to arrange for the kids to sleep out as I couldnt get them to school that early. I got to reception just after 6, and was shown to my bed by 6:30. I was then ignored until 8am, when someone finally came to check my details. After a brief visit from the anesthetist, I was again ignored and not checked up on or inmformed of any happenings. When I called the nurses to ask for info of what the holdup was, the nurses claimed ignorance and immediately started badmouthing me in a language they assumed I didn't understand (lets just say it wasnt nice). Only at around 10:30 did I finally get wheeled to theatre for my operation.</p> <p>My wife was waiting for me when i came back from theatre around 1pm, and from then until 4pm the only time any of the staff spoke to me was when I called for pain medication and to ask them to remove the drip so I could leave. I called for a porter who only arived when I had walked (hobbled, steruggled) halfway out the hospital, and the nurses didn't even realise I wanted to leave because they were so busy having a fat conversation in another room. I still have no idea if they even filled in the discharge papers because I was given nothing to sign, and no satisfaction surveys either.</p> <p>I am totally disgusted in the way I was treated from start to finish. I was never made to feel important or that I was valued, and I got the feeling I was more of an inconveneince than the reason the people have jobs in the first place.</p> <p> </p> <p>Side, note, Betty K at reception was very warm, friendly and welcoming.</p>
I took my PS2 for repairs as it wasn't reading any disks and nobody else claimed to do repairs on PS2 still.<br> After almost 2 weeks I got it back and paid for the repairs. I took it home and it worked for exactly 10minutes before reverting to the same original problem.<br> I took it back the next day, and they tested while I waited and confirmed it wasn't reading disks (excatly my point). They booked it in again and said they would call me when it is ready. <br> I now phone every third day to be told the same excuse \we are testing it\". When I go to the store to check up on the progress I get other random excuses where it sounds like they are about to start asking for extra money.<br> It has been over 2 weeks since I took it back the 2nd time, and I still have nothing and no idea when it will be returned. I'm beginning to think it was stripped for parts or something."
We contracted Matthew and his company to repair and repaint our front wall. There were a lot of big cracks to dig out and fill, and a lot of damp that needed to be stopped. We were given 3 quotes accoridng to the warranty on the paint choice and after choosing a paint with a 7 year warranty the work began. It was completed quickly but there was a lot of rubble left over after the cracks were chipped out.<br> Initially we were impressed with the work, but after 3 weeks of not removing the rubble and tools from site, I eventually tidied up myself and arranged to take it to the dump.<br> After a couple more weeks, the paint already started to peel, and I contacted Matthew to ask him to come check. He advised he was out of town and would be past at the weekend. After several more attempts and no-shows, i eventually gave up. I am now in the position where I have to scrape and repaint massive sections of the wall myself. I could have just done this ion the first place and saved myself a lot of money and headache.
I took my car in for a service this morning, and the service agent advised that they will be closing for stock take and they asked if I could please collect my car before 12. <br> I arranged for a colleague to drop me off at 11:45 and arrived to find a waiting area full of irate customers who were given the same message. After waiting for about 20 minutes I noticed that my car was still in the service bay on the lift with the bonnet open. I told the service agent that some of us have customers to meet and work to do and can't sit around waiting for a car that wasn't even being worked on. She said she would call me when my car is out of the washbay. I then had to walk the couple km back to my office.<br> My question is, why ask everybody to be there early if you have no intention of delivering on time. We don't all have the day off to sit around and smell petrol fumes in an uncomfortable waiting area while being ignored by the staff. This isn't the first time I've been stuffed around by Hyundai, and I suspect I will be doing a trade in for another brand when I am back from my Christmas vacation<br>
