I sent an email to play.co.za to close my account with them because i don't want to use their platform anymore..
Their response is. I need to contact the gambling board to have my account closed..
I mean all other platforms closes your account without issues.
I contacted play.co.za to open my account why must i contact the gambling board to close it.
Play.co.za is the worst.. They eat your money and their site always kicks you out.
Please just close my play.co.za account!!
I am not going to the gambling board to fill out forms and certify documents and stuff. Just close this account.
