I made a booking during the week and was required to pay additional fees for carts at the club. Unfortunately, the booking did not go through. I attempted to book multiple times, but each attempt was unsuccessful. Later, I discovered that each time I tried to book, the amount was still deducted from my bank account.
I have since tried to resolve the matter and request a refund, but have had absolutely no success with PMG. They have not responded to any of my messages, and repeated phone calls have gone unanswered. At no point was there any official communication indicating that there was an issue with the booking system.
I find the lack of response and poor service deeply frustrating and unacceptable.
