Makro is selling **** counterfeit perfumes. Do not trust their online marketplace
I made a booking during the week and was required to pay additional fees for carts at the club. Unfortunately, the booking did not go through. I attempted to book multiple times, but each attempt was unsuccessful. Later, I discovered that each time I tried to book, the amount was still deducted from my bank account. I have since tried to resolve the matter and request a refund, but have had absolutely no success with PMG. They have not responded to any of my messages, and repeated phone calls have gone unanswered. At no point was there any official communication indicating that there was an issue with the booking system. I find the lack of response and poor service deeply frustrating and unacceptable.
<p> Hi,</p> <p>I bought 6 bottles Viceroy brandy at Makro Germiston on 14/12/2016 for the Desember holidays as it was much cheaper to buy at Makro and not at the coast at the usual bottlestore. After a 10 hour drive I wanted to have my first drink but to my disgust the brand that I have been drinking for the past 5 years tasted totally different and I couldnt even get it in my body.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon closed inspection, the labelling looked different and the stickers was skew. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am also going to contact van ryns kelders today to inform them of this issue and I expect that you sort this out between you two.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect to be fully reimbursed for the brandy and I will bring it back to you guys to smell and taste it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please respond to my complaint asap and let me know what youre going to do about the situation.</p>
