The details are too much to go into, but basically I paid them R1650 to fix something, they didn't fix it, when I called them back to see why nothing has changed, they **** and claim it was unrelated.

My insurance then sent out a proper plumber who I then had to pay again, turns out the issue was plumbit never fixed the problem in the first place.
