Poor workmanship and poor customer service refered by Outsuarance
This is the worst company that can be assigned by an Outsurance. I have been battling with this company to do the job they have accepted to do. All what they do is to come at my place and disappear, I had to lodge a complain each time to Outsurance for them to come and complete the job. They only want to accept jobs given by insurance company and make a claim and not complete the job. the last excuse I got is that "they were only appointed to fix whatever was broken and not anything else. Poor quality service that they can offer. Beware!!!!

Good price and fast delivery
I ordered a pricey kitchen sink mixer tap on Sun night from PlumbItOnline and on Mon morning I received an e-mail saying it would be delivered to Midrand the next day - and it was. Best price by far too.

Poor Service delivery
On 30/08/2023 we ordered plumbing goods from PlumbIt online for one of our clients. This was ordered on 30/08/2023. The full amount was paid. Upon delivery we noticed that we received 2 wrong taps. What we ordered was not wat was received. We contacted PlumbIt online and this is where the problems started. After several e-mails and telephone calls and 2 moths later still no answers or taps replaced. Shocking to say the least. Will be reluctant to use their service or recoomend them.

Poor Service delivery

Terrible service from Outsurance provider
Terrible customer service. Paid them for electrical that does not work. Can't even get a response out of the company. Called them maybe 10 times. And to make it worst, they were recommended by Outsurance

Plumbit online is a supplier of bathroom fittings as well as all plumbing supplies and a number of other items. What fantastic service. I live down on the South Coast ordered my tap's and basin online and was taken aback at the excellence. Laetitia is the lady I dealt with...HAT"S OFF to you Laetitia you are a gem......
