On 24 October 2023 we paid a holding deposit on a development in Potchefstroom that was marketed by Propinvest. This deposit was later transfered to another development from Propinvest calle , Summer View. We couldn't secure a bond and requested a refund in February 2024. We have followed up diligently on when this refund will be paid. Everytime we followed up on this, there was an excuse for why the payment can't be made. From the directors not being available, the account department that needs to follow protocall and within 35 working days the refund would have been made. After confirming the payment date for the refund, I was told that the banking details does not correspond with the banking details from where the deposit was made from. Yet again another delay 60 working days later still no refund. This is unacceptable. Surely these people should be brought to book for keeping money that doesn't belong to them. Does the Section 86 of the Legal Practice Act, 28 of 2014 not apply to these people??????? I will defnitely not recomend this institution to anyone.
On 30/08/2023 we ordered plumbing goods from PlumbIt online for one of our clients. This was ordered on 30/08/2023. The full amount was paid. Upon delivery we noticed that we received 2 wrong taps. What we ordered was not wat was received. We contacted PlumbIt online and this is where the problems started. After several e-mails and telephone calls and 2 moths later still no answers or taps replaced. Shocking to say the least. Will be reluctant to use their service or recoomend them.
