One of the bouncers assaulted my boyfriend because he wanted to just finish his drink before leaving, there were about 30 people still sitting at the bar when he came to tell us to leave, and out of the blue the bouncer hit my boyfriend and then wanted to hit my sister as well. All the employees there drink on the job, after my boyfriend got escorted outside, another employee asked him what was wrong, and after explaining the story to him, that guy also proceeded to swear my boyfriend, telling him to F#@& off home and just leave. One of the bartenders was so drunk that he typed in R1700 into his card machine instead of the actual bill of R170, thank goodness my sister saw it before she swipped. ETC is the most unsafe club I have been to, you can't even rely on the bouncer's to make sure that you are safe because they the ones assaulting you.
Ordered a VEGAN sub on Mr D while at the office, and didn't take any other food to work, when i received my meal, i only realised that they gave me actual steak instead of VEGAN steak strips, after having a few bites and eventually biting into the meat. I immediately went and threw up after that. After work i took the half eaten sub to the Panarottis in Menlyn Mall and the chef laughed at me while he insincerely apologized ... If you are allergic to anything PLEASE DON'T EAT HERE, you may just die from their slip up, and all the chef will do is laugh at you
Absolutely pathetic service, a technician was supposed to come out to sort out my fiber line, he contacts the previous owner of the account instead of contacting me, even though my correct number was provided to him, then he just cancels the request, and now expects me to go through the whole damn process again of getting a technician out from afrihost, his name is Mpana Mashile
Netflorist does NOT provide the best services, don't ever count on them to surprise a loved one on their birthday, they will DISSAPOINT you beyond belief, their excuse for not being able to deliver on time (ps. i ordered the gift on the 4th to be delivered on the 5th) is that they had a system error therefore not being able to print the personalised gift in time. DON'T EVER USE THEIR SERVICES if you actually want your plans to follow through.

My delivery was late and to make things worse, the pasta was falling out of the bag, i called to get a replacement, which was supposed to take 45 minutes, nothing came, i called again, and they told me that the replacement hadn't even been made, they just offered me a refund which i haven't even received confirm of the refund via email... ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!!
