Dear PnP ASAP Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about the service I received from PnP ASAP on March 1, 2025. Despite placing an order through the app (Order Number: 22448045) at 11:23 am, I never received my items. When I contacted your customer service team to inquire about the status of my order, I was informed that the reason for the delay was a "shortage of drivers" and was provided with call reference numbers 1003604598 and 1003606154. However, on the following day at 09:46 am, my order was marked as "delivered" on the app, despite me not receiving any of the items. This has led me to question whether I have been a victim of a ****. I urge you to investigate this matter urgently and provide me with the following information: 1. Who delivered my order? 2. Where was my order delivered? I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this incident and a resolution to this issue. This is one of the worst ever service amongst others I have ever received from Outsurance. I had an incident on the evening of the 17th of February 2024 which part of the roof and other items were damaged and I submitted a claim through their App, a claim advisor (Kathy Govender) was appointed and since ever, he/she never been in contact with me to give updates and the progress of my claim. Secondly, Corne Standler was appointed as an assessor which he came to do the assessment. Different companies were in and out on my property instructed by Outsurance to conduct assessment. One company came to do temporary emergency repairs. I had to lodge a complaint to Outsurance about this bad service and treatment to a point of not receiving any communication or been updated. To my surprise, I have been told by the company which have done the emergency repairs that they were been instructed to remove the installed items at my house because Outsurance has settled my claim to me. Nothing was communicated to me about this from Outsurance on how how this matter was resolved. I'm so disappointed to this company as they have been enjoying my premiums since 2014 but when comes to honour their part, dololo!. It has been a full month waiting and been left devastated about my situation. This is a good reason to leave this company and give others a chance and maybe I will get a better service.
This is the worst company that can be assigned by an Outsurance. I have been battling with this company to do the job they have accepted to do. All what they do is to come at my place and disappear, I had to lodge a complain each time to Outsurance for them to come and complete the job. They only want to accept jobs given by insurance company and make a claim and not complete the job. the last excuse I got is that "they were only appointed to fix whatever was broken and not anything else. Poor quality service that they can offer. Beware!!!!
I think I am being ****med by this shop, I bought a product which I mistakenly chose a wrong product and I made a request for it to be changed from the 18/11/2023. A ref:9000325034/7632116 was issued and I had to make a top up to the amount of the product I wanted. Regular follow up were made but same stories which now I believe it was an excuse for my problem to be resolved. I later got an invoice:950531138 generated for order no: 7629064 which I did enquired and the same reasons were provided. Till today there is no communication and I’m not sure what did I paid for. I regret why did I do this transaction :(
I went to Pep store at Bosman Station Square on the 18th of May and pick up some items to buy, but to my surprise, I noticed that the prices on the shelf differs with what I have been billed for. The reason I got was that there was a price increase. This is wrong and the law does not permit this.
I can't believe that FNB is assisting the scammers to get away with our money. I tried by all means to engage you with my problem and completed the required documents with proof of what happened to me. Requesting to stop and reverse the money to the scammers it is a hustle. The delaying tactics your team are nit helping at all. Please consider changing your slogan "How can we frustate you" instead. If there was minus star I would give out. This is a worst claim I ever had with this company, I feel that I have been scammed by this company and their service provider (DRM Projects) On thd 28/04/2020 I made a claim (196830051) till today none of all the items were provided and what I get is excuses from the service provider. I realised that some of the items replaced have and didn't function, now back to square one. On the 09/07/2020 I made them aware of my situation, I was given (117696252) and still my problem is not been resolved and my claims were closed. Why and what am I paying for if the service is so bad and no follow up to check if the customer is satisfied!!
