Poor workmanship and poor customer service refered by Outsuarance

This is the worst company that can be assigned by an Outsurance. I have been battling with this company to do the job they have accepted to do. All what they do is to come at my place and disappear, I had to lodge a complain each time to Outsurance for them to come and complete the job. They only want to accept jobs given by insurance company and make a claim and not complete the job. the last excuse I got is that "they were only appointed to fix whatever was broken and not anything else. Poor quality service that they can offer.
