Disappointing service

Be careful when ordering from PlumbIt Online. The website give you a false sense of available stock. I ordered and am waiting a week for parts that showed as available. In the space of a week I received 2 orders from Cape Town. This place is in Centurion and have not managed to deliver an order to Randburg a mere 43km away.

Also be aware that Plumb Link and PlumbIt are completely separate companies - so if your local Plumb Link has stock PlumbIt does not draw stock from them and you will have to wait possibly for up to 20 working days. So don't book a plumber and suffer your water leaks until PlumbIt can source stock. More insane business policies that make the customers suffer. They also don't answer emails, this "online" store, so phone them instead.
