Bad to no service

The initial service was great but then took a turn for the worse....

In April 2024 i made contact with Charl from Plumbros jhb and paid a deposit for the borehole

He made excuse after excuse not to do the work and after calling him out a few times (he got very aggressive with me)he agreed a few days ago - 6 January 2025 - to refund me 40 000 and when i contacted him today (9 January 2025) he asked for another 2 weeks.. to date what i paid for i didnt get.

I really dont know what to do but to just warn the publib not to use them unless they want to be disappointed.
