The initial service was great but then took a turn for the worse.... In April 2024 i made contact with Charl from Plumbros jhb and paid a deposit for the borehole He made excuse after excuse not to do the work and after calling him out a few times (he got very aggressive with me)he agreed a few days ago - 6 January 2025 - to refund me 40 000 and when i contacted him today (9 January 2025) he asked for another 2 weeks.. to date what i paid for i didnt get. I really dont know what to do but to just warn the publib not to use them unless they want to be disappointed.
I got booked in from 18/12/15. Up to nowi have had my worse experience at this hospital. I have to get anti biotics via a drip every 6 hours. Now after getting my first dose the drip was disturbed and a new one was due...it took the nursing staff 4 hours to put up a new drip while my medicine was lying on the bed..then on 19/12 i experienced pain and discomfort. The staff peoceeded to try and tel me what i should be feeling. I sat in pain for nearly 2 hours.....unacceptable as we are charged a fortune and then get this in eeturn..unacceptable . The list goes on.....
