NOT WORTH THE MONEY

I took my car for a valet at Plus Carwash Melrose Arch and I am so frustrated and disappointed by their service. First they told me to fetch the car the same day, the interior was still WET and they put the rubber mats ONTOP of the WET carpet. And said I can take the car and leave it outside with the doors open?? I obviously left the car there because that’s not what I paid for.

The next day going to fetch the car, they have no sense of communication. They take your number for no reason because they don’t even use it. They didn’t clean the car properly and the literally RUINED my steering wheel leather. Didn’t clean the engine. My mags were still dirty.
