Pathetic and ************* service
Pluxnet staff made commitment made by sales consultant Princey that installation would be done within two days of payment receipt. Friday came and went, and nothing happened. This week, I communicated with Mr Kgaroli, who promised I'd get a call to schedule installation from Monday morning. It's now Tuesday and still no call. I've sent messages and called with no response. I'm frustrated about wasting money on data from Saturday till today. Pluxnet comes across as ************* and negligent

04 Mar 2026, 08:19I'd like to share that my recent incident with Pluxnet, involving Mr. R Kgarudi, wasn't intentional but technically and he resolved it within a day. That's what I call redress and great customer service 👌.

Despite the commitment Mr R Kgarudi promise he made thought was a redress but turn out to be the worst deceiving information provided to me to extent even Vuma guy at Vaal branch gave me attitude and dropped phone in the middle of conversation , I’m seated on fifth day without been attended. Pluxnet will just plug you there for days without connection
