Pathetic Service
Frustrating service I've received. This coming Tuesday will be marking two weeks since I app**** fiber through Mr. Ramantswana Kgarudi, and despite my follow-ups through calls and msgs there's been no response. Worse off no communication channels to escalate complaint to supervisor. Also, Vuma, as your ISP, often claims areas are too far for to send technicians for installation. Join on your risk.

We completely understand how frustrating these ongoing connection issues must be. Based on the checks done, the red LOS light on your router indicates a fibre line issue, which needs to be resolved by the fibre network provider, Vumatel. We have been following up with their team and have again escalated the matter for a technician to be sent out to your premises as soon as possible.
