I’m changing my review from good service to the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. They claim to test but the item is still faulty upon return and then they refuse to prove their alleged testing, when requested to do so. Paid to replace components and for multiple deliveries and now they refuse to reimburse the money paid. Please be advised and rather be sure what they tell you. They are arrogant when you ask them on how they test after replacing components and to show proof of testing. My family has supported them for more than 20years but Im saddened to say that it is not the same company anymore.
