They do not refund!!!

On 23 September 2025 I placed an order the evening. On the 24th I received a message saying it will be shipped from China and I am responsible for the import tax. Within minutes I respond to cancel my order as I was unaware it needs to be imported.

After going back and forth for a few days I received a message on 29 September that my refund was processed and will take up to 15 business days to reflect. Today 17 October 2025 when i followed up I was told "sorry your refund is still processing"... It is 15 business days after they told me it is already processed!!!!
