Bad service indeed!

Hi Peter,

I am doing this on behalf of a friend. (Ulynn Julies) She bought windows on size and it was paid in full on Nov 2022

She has contacted the company a couple of times with no luck, they suggested she contact Skynet(Courier Company) and still no luck. Up to this day she has not received any items and also no indication of when it will be delivered

She has paid and has no idea when she will receive her items no any indication if they will deliver.

Point Hardware offered her cash back but she will loose a percentage of what she paid. I assume its the process fee or Courier fee

It is unacceptable for a company to basic make a promise take her money and not deliver.
