I bought a bathroom set in August and it was delivered in August. It was delivered via courier. We never opened the box because my concern was to save up money so that I can pay the person that would install everything, big mistake. The goods remained in one place since delivery. When we eventually opened the box that had the toilet in it, found that it was just the toilet inside without any protective foam or anything like that. Further inspection of the toilet, it was damaged. I took the liberty of sending an email to Point Hardware letting them know. I did not get a response. I then made a call and the person I spoke to said an Ismail would contact me and my email was received. I did not receive any call. I then called them the following day. Firstly Ismail did not want to come to the phone and when he eventually came to the phone he was rude, speaking over me and hung up. I called back and he accused me of hanging up. Said I am busy rambling. I tried explaining the condition of which we found the toilet in and that there was no foam to prevent damage on the item. Said that his company takes no responsibility. When fragile items are packaged there has to be protective foam around it to prevent damage, this was not the case. I would like them to take back the toilet and replace it with a proper one. I only bought from them because of the Payflex payment option. I honestly regret it now.
