Awesome Customer Care Nicole
After struggling to get help for 3 days regarding connection issues. I was at my wits end, frustrated and very angry. I then got through to Nicole Ontong. She is a great asset to this company. Great customer care skills which is so rare these days. Nicole was polite, allowed me to vent and acknowledged my concerns. You are a ROCKSTAR!

Customers treated like dirt
I bought a bathroom set in August and it was delivered in August. It was delivered via courier. We never opened the box because my concern was to save up money so that I can pay the person that would install everything, big mistake. The goods remained in one place since delivery. When we eventually opened the box that had the toilet in it, found that it was just the toilet inside without any protective foam or anything like that. Further inspection of the toilet, it was damaged. I took the liberty of sending an email to Point Hardware letting them know. I did not get a response. I then made a call and the person I spoke to said an Ismail would contact me and my email was received. I did not receive any call. I then called them the following day. Firstly Ismail did not want to come to the phone and when he eventually came to the phone he was rude, speaking over me and hung up. I called back and he accused me of hanging up. Said I am busy rambling. I tried explaining the condition of which we found the toilet in and that there was no foam to prevent damage on the item. Said that his company takes no responsibility. When fragile items are packaged there has to be protective foam around it to prevent damage, this was not the case. I would like them to take back the toilet and replace it with a proper one. I only bought from them because of the Payflex payment option. I honestly regret it now.

Extremely Happy Client :-)
Wow such great service!!!!! I ordered a device on the 24th and by 10am on the 26th I was holding it in my hands. The device is in great condition, saying it is pre-owned just doesn't seem right. Wow guys, the packet of Rascals included in the box just brought a huge smile to my face. I will definitely do business with Epic Deals again.
