Poor Quality cones at Polar Ice cream

Firstly , I would like to mention that I absolutely love the ice cream, the quality and the price points My gripe is that when you purchase a standard cone for the soft serve five out of ten times it leaks from the bottom of the cone ,which destroys the ice cream experience I have brought this to the attention of the manageress at the Woodmead branch and she suggesting swopping to a sugar cone which adds 100 % more to the cost of the ice cream or alternatively she suggests buying a better quality cone from the shelf in 12 or 24's So that means that Polar instead of improving the quality of their standard cones , knowingly sell defective /poor quality cones

I buy from the woodmead branch about 4 times a week
