Firstly , I would like to mention that I absolutely love the ice cream, the quality and the price points My gripe is that when you purchase a standard cone for the soft serve five out of ten times it leaks from the bottom of the cone ,which destroys the ice cream experience I have brought this to the attention of the manageress at the Woodmead branch and she suggesting swopping to a sugar cone which adds 100 % more to the cost of the ice cream or alternatively she suggests buying a better quality cone from the shelf in 12 or 24's So that means that Polar instead of improving the quality of their standard cones , knowingly sell defective /poor quality cones I buy from the woodmead branch about 4 times a week
I have recently ordered 380M2 of Cement pavers from this company and requested pics of the bricks They committed to a delivery time of 5 days It took 10 weeks for me to get all the bricks, which arrived in about 10 different deliveries 180 m2 was also heavily pitted reject bricks which is not what I ordered Paul from Roodepoort Sand & Stone Paul promised to compensate my client an amount of R 3600 if they accepted the reject bricks I had to compensate my client and am waiting for 2 months for Paul to compensate me Our comms on What's App is full of empty promises and lies I lost roughly R 6000 due to lost man-hours waiting for deliveries Paul said he would compensate me for the lost man-hours by supplying free plaster sand, which he did Only it was not plaster sand but yellow mine dump sand which I did not use I must have spent over 100 phone calls to Paul just to get the bricks I paid for Continuous lies and empty promises from Paul I hope this review will assist and protect other clients from the lies and deceit
I have a building insurance with Absa I put in claim for lightning damage to my Gate motor and alarm system the gate motor was repaired but the alarm system is faulty The issue is that the front and back doors are not set when the alarm was enabled. I concede the front door was faulty prior to the lighting strike. My daughter who is at home and dealt with the repair crew is not very technically minded. She mentioned that the front door was faulty and they then claimed she said both doors was faulty. in addition when working on the alarm control panel they did not reconnect the armed response. I advised globe security the armed response is not working. The armed response company has since charged me a call out fee for callout as Globescope security failed to reconnect the armed response unit. Extremely poor service and mis-communication from Audi Sandton
I paid a visit on Monday 4th Feb with two clients. 1)I ordered a prawn starter which came with the main meal. 2)I ordered Filo Frito's with my Peri Peri chicken instead of Fries Fries arrived which I posted out to the manager and the waiter The Milo Frittos arrived 30 min later when I had completed my meal but it was completely raw. 3)I ordered Vanilla ice cream with choc sauce as a desert I received a melted blob of brown mush. when I enquired the waiter informed me that there was no vanilla ice cream and this was the substitute and he laughed, I asked for the manager and he mumbled and pointed out that the Milo Frittos is freshly prepared and thats it. 4) The chicken was cold to the bone indicating it was not properly defrosted and frozen when cooked. This is shocking especially from the manager. I normally take my clients to Vleiserai but thought Portuguese food would be a nice change. Lost x 3 clients for sure and no more business
I have been with Bvest Scratch and Dent for quite a while and within a three week period picked up x 2 separate scratches to my vehicle. Two weeks thereafter I SUBMITTED A CLAIM WHICH WAS DECLINED AS IT WAS OVER THE R 3000 per claim limit. I explained that it was separate claims and the consultant explained that I could submit independent panelbeater quotes and would be responsible for any cost over R 3k. I Subsequently picked up another scratch. So I was declined again as the cumulative claim is above R3K, although they represent separate incidents. The policy makes provision for multiple claims , just not at the same time. Whats the point of the cover if I cannot claim for more than x 1 claim at the same time.
Hi MY family (Grandchildren)really bought into the seedling promotion that you have. On Saturday 2/6/2018 i purchased goods in excess of R 2000.00 at the Mall of Africa. When i enquired about the Seedlings I was told that the its not available ...end of story. I was in Boksburg Hyper on 4/6/2018 ...same thing purchases for R200.00 I find this unacceptable and a case of false advertising
