Exceptional service from Phoenix Pools

I purchased a fiberglass koi filter in 2019 from Phoenix Pools in Spartan . It was relatively expensive at the time as it has the easy access lid which makes these filters more expensive than the normal pool filters. Last week I had developed a hair line crack and the filter was leaking. I was extremely disappointed and considering it had been three years since purchase, I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. I called Phoenix pools and spoke with Barry who is a scholar and a gentleman. Barry acknowledged that this should not happen. No questions asked, they have replaced it free of charge.
