LEASE FEE ****!

Watch out for this company! They will advertise properties that are "available", but then not pay you back R1600 lease fees when your application gets rejected.

It's a nice little money making scheme they are running where they will get as many people to apply, getting them all to pay lease fees, and then not refunding them when they all get declined! BE WARNED!!!

Go to any other realty like Jawitz or Home Properties instead. They don't charge you a cent for applying for a lease.
