Genuine help

I had a problem with my pool, and phoned Gus. What an incredibly helpful person. Even tho I am outside of the area he serves, he took the time to talk me through the problem, made very helpful suggestions and gave me advice on how to proceed and flagged what to look out for when approaching others for assistance.
