AC Direct great service!

Teneo - state of disaster, NOT state of the art!
Do NOT send your child to TENEO if you care about their education. Terrible service. As of the 28th Jan 2022, my child is still not in classes - despite having paid a full month deposit and one month fees. The only department that is functional is accounts - I received a bill for February's fees, sepite no schooling offered. I cannot get through to the school except if I call the SALES number - that works. APPALLING! Infuriated and deeply frustrated parent Gillian Attwood,

Genuine help
I had a problem with my pool, and phoned Gus. What an incredibly helpful person. Even tho I am outside of the area he serves, he took the time to talk me through the problem, made very helpful suggestions and gave me advice on how to proceed and flagged what to look out for when approaching others for assistance. I have seldom come across such humanity in dealing with service providers. Dr Gillian Attwood
